By inviting NetSec to your Discord server or using our web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use NetSec.

2. Description of Service

NetSec is a Discord bot that provides security and moderation features including:

• Anti-spam protection
• Anti-link filtering with whitelisting
• Anti-raid protection for new accounts
• Automod for banned words
• Anti-nuke protection against mass channel deletions
• Moderation commands (kick, ban)
• Web-based configuration dashboard

3. User Responsibilities

By using NetSec, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Use the bot only for its intended security and moderation purposes
• Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the bot's features
• Not use the bot to harass, spam, or violate the rights of others
• Ensure you have proper permissions (MANAGE_GUILD) before configuring the bot
• Configure the bot responsibly to avoid false positives or abuse

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use NetSec to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam Discord's API or abuse rate limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the bot's systems or database
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the bot
• Use the bot for commercial purposes without permission
• Create excessive false reports or moderation actions

5. Bot Permissions

NetSec requires specific Discord permissions to function properly. These include:

• Message Content Intent: To scan messages for spam, links, and banned words
• Server Members Intent: To check account age for anti-raid
• Kick Members: For anti-spam and anti-raid actions
• Ban Members: For anti-nuke and severe violations
• Manage Roles: For verification system
• Manage Channels: For setup command (creating security channels)
• View Audit Log: For anti-nuke detection

By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that the bot will use them only as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

6.1 Service Availability

NetSec is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Complete protection against all security threats
• Error-free operation
• Compatibility with all Discord features

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetSec and its developers shall not be liable for:

• False positives or false negatives in moderation actions
• Damage to your server or community caused by bot actions
• Loss of data or configurations
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Actions taken by users with access to the dashboard

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to NetSec at any time without notice
• Remove the bot from servers that violate these Terms
• Blacklist servers or users who abuse the bot

You may terminate your use of NetSec at any time by removing the bot from your server.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of NetSec is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Compliance with Discord

NetSec complies with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy. By using NetSec, you also agree to comply with:

10. Modifications to Service

• Create derivative works based on NetSec

• Your use of the bot
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of Discord's Terms or any applicable laws
